The earlier, the better. We are often approached with a plan or a dream even before the purchase of a plot or a property, to collectively consider IF the place is right, or WHAT kind of place to choose.

Each project is priced individually. We are happy to prepare an offer for the design and supervision work.

We need preliminary assumptions about the space, as well as its function. A list of dreams and needs. Photo references are appreciated. For interior designs, we also need the real estate plans.

The full project documentation includes:

• + graphic documentation of general construction projects along with installation projects;
• visualizations;
• detailed designs of the rooms, such as bathrooms and kitchens;
• carpentry projects;
• drawings of finishing details and custom-made furniture;
• mood-boards – photos of used materials, furniture, appliances, lighting and accessories;
• shopping lists.

In the initial phase of work on the space concept, we select one out of two or three sketch studies, and then prepare it in detail.

Full supervision includes:

• devising the finishing work schedule;
• collecting and comparing contractor offers, creating cost estimates of work and materials;
• creating the estimate for finishing work;
• monitoring expenses in accordance to the project budget;
• making orders necessary for the project on behalf of the investor;
• selecting vendors and contractors at individual phases of finishing works;
• meetings with finishing crews and discussing projects before and during renovation work;
• coordinating contractor work;
• controlling the quality of performed work;
  + confirming completed work, removing defects;
  + conducting consultations related to the implementation of the project (on the construction site, with subcontractors or in the studio);
  + visiting the construction site or the contractors in the capacity necessary for the proper completion of finishing works;
  + executing final interior styling – after arranging the new space, together with the assembly team, we take care of placing the furniture, hanging the decorations, choosing the plant decor and the general clean up.

We run every project comprehensively – from the concept to its full implementation. The scope and cost of supervision are determined after recognizing the needs, and then they are described in the offer. We do not execute projects without implementation supervision. We also do not supervise constructors whose work quality we’re not familiar with.

The success of a good interior design is based on a detailed analysis of the needs of the residents and adapting these needs to the space, which is why we do not design just select rooms, fragments of a larger whole. We also do not design just the architectural construction, with the omission of the interior.

Depending on the scope, each project has its own work schedule. It is included in the offer.

Sometimes commercial interiors must be completed in a very short time. Our record is three weeks for the design and implementation of an interior of a hair salon. Detailed preparation of a project requires time and effort of the whole team. It is beneficial for everybody, when we have the time for meetings and consideration of the project, especially in the initial phase.

A list of dreams and needs is the most important. You can also prepare graphic documentation of the space (if available), photos, and references for the aesthetic direction for the interior.

After learning about the goals and determining the scope of the investment, we can estimate the price range for one square meter of the planned area. This is how the estimated budget is created, which we then verify before thr construction and finishing work begins.

We love places and architecture with history. We have experience implementing projects in tenement houses and lofts under conservation protection.

We very much like projects for guest houses, hotels and vacation spots. We have completed such projects in Poland and abroad.
