Statistics show that professional home staging raises the value of a property by 10% at minimum. A professionally prepared property finds buyers much faster, because it looks more vivid and stands out among other pictures on real estate websites.

What is the impact of home staging on how quickly the real estate rents or sells?

How much does home staging cost?

The first consultation and diagnosis of the necessary changes is a cost of several hundred zlotys, depending on the size of the interior. Afterwards, we set the scope of necessary preparations, their cost and the home stager’s fee.

How much do you need to spend to adapt a property for sale or rent?

There is no fixed amount. Sometimes the space just needs to get organized, the furniture rearranged, few decorations and fresh flowers added. In other cases though, furniture may need to be swapped out, and sometimes it is also necessary to carry out renovation work. The scope of implementation depends on the objective assumed jointly with the owner and his openness to change. Home staging is meant to be profitable. And the cost of changes is returned to you upon a better rental or sale price.

What if the interior I sell is empty?

We can furnish it by renting furniture and accessories for a limited time, in order to take pictures and show the space to prospective clients. The cost of renting furniture ranges between 10-20% of their market value. We can also prepare virtual home staging – in form of a visualization of the interior.

How long does it take to change the interior?

For small apartments that don’t require renovation, it’s usually two or three days of work. Sometimes, arranging the space and carrying out the renovation work takes several weeks. If the work has a large scope, the owner can carry it out independently, following our instructions and cooperating with recommended, experienced construction teams. The final interior styling and the photo session are a maximum of one week.
