How to create a cozy and comfortable space for a couple of residents from a dark and cramped apartment arranged in the ’90s?

We received such a challenge from investors and owners of this property. Their previous experience with renovations was traumatic, so they immediately decided on comprehensive cooperation – design and implementation.

After analyzing the design possibilities, getting acquainted with the needs of investors and the investment budget, we proposed a complete rearrangement of this space. The location of the kitchen has changed, we have connected the bedroom with the main bathroom, and we have also created a separate space for a toilet.

We proposed to enlarge one of the windows in the living room to illuminate this space. During the renovation works, we decided to raise the ceiling level in the part of the bedroom connected to the bathroom, which significantly improved the comfort of using this part of the apartment.

We replaced all previous equipment, lighting and furniture with new ones. We opted for light shades of gray and brown as well as natural materials. Such a general renovation requires greater financial outlays, we proposed good quality solutions, and we also chose products of Polish brands.

All the furniture in permanent construction has been replaced with new ones. We have designed wardrobes in the bedroom so as to make the most of the space under the slants. Thanks to this procedure, in addition to enlarging the storage space, the shape of this room also changed the proportions for the better.

The walls and ceilings throughout the apartment have been painted in shades of light gray. The floors were replaced with wooden ones in a muted shade. Unfortunately, instead of the bright fabrics on the windows, investors opted for white wooden blinds.
