A PROFITABLE RENOVATION

The owners of this apartment reached out to us, so that their over one hundred square meter property in an attractive part of Warsaw would recover its luxury character and find new tenants. Within three months of our initial visit the apartment was leased.

The apartment was rented out for over ten years, but after that, in spite of reducing the monthly lease from PLN 9500 to PLN 6500, for over six months new tenants were nowhere to be found.

The property was planned out and finished in a luxury standard in the 90s. Despite the use of quality materials and a careful finish, the interior was in need of a renovation.

In order to introduce a modern, luxury character to the space, we proposed changes that went beyond a lightweight refresh and small decor adjustments. The renovation was performed under an owner approved, defined budget and schedule.

We conducted a major renovation of the main bathroom, kitchen and master bedroom. We changed the furniture and detail colors in the entire apartment, replaced part of the dining room furniture, as well as window textiles and sofa upholstery. We switched out some of the technical lamps and added decorative lighting from renowned brands.

All apartment walls were painted fresh and we also restored the wooden floors. No changes were introduced to the interior doors, dressing room, built-in wardrobes, laundry room and the toilet.
